Terms of Service

1. Description of the service

VyMar.AI offers a website design, development and maintenance service for small businesses and entrepreneurs. The service includes website construction, hosting, updates and ongoing support, according to the contracted plan.

The service is provided by VyMar.AI, based in Argentina, and can be accessed from any country.

2. Acceptance of terms

By contracting any of our services, you accept these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you disagree with any part, please do not contract the service and contact us to resolve any questions before proceeding.

3. Pricing and billing

The service costs $45 USD per month (or $450 USD per year on the annual plan), billed through PayPal.

• Billing occurs automatically each month from the date of contracting.
• The price in USD is fixed; any conversion to local currency is the responsibility of PayPal or the client's bank.
• VyMar.AI reserves the right to modify prices with 30 days' notice.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time, without penalty and without needing to give reasons.

• Cancellation is done directly from your PayPal account or by sending an email to hola@vymarai.com.
• The service will remain active until the end of the already paid period.
• No refunds are issued for partial periods unless there is a billing error on our part.

5. What happens upon cancellation

When you cancel your subscription:

• Your website will remain active until the end of the paid period.
• After that period, the site will be taken down.
• We will deliver all the source code and website files within 7 days following cancellation.

6. Client responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Provide the necessary materials (texts, images, logo) within the agreed timeframes.
• Review and approve designs and content before publication.
• Communicate any changes or problems with the service in a timely manner.
• Not use the website for illegal activities or activities contrary to the usage policies of third-party services involved.

7. VyMar.AI responsibilities

VyMar.AI commits to:

• Design and develop the website according to the agreed specifications.
• Keep the site active and functional during the contracted period.
• Apply security updates periodically.
• Respond to support inquiries within a reasonable timeframe (generally within 48 business hours).

VyMar.AI does not guarantee specific business results, search engine rankings or sales generated from the website.

8. Intellectual property

Once all periods corresponding to the initial development have been paid, the code and design of the site belong to the client.

VyMar.AI reserves the right to mention the developed website in its portfolio, unless expressly instructed otherwise by the client.

9. Limitation of liability

VyMar.AI shall not be liable for indirect damages, loss of income or commercial losses arising from the use or inability to use the website, provided that the service has functioned in accordance with what was agreed.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Argentine Republic. In case of any dispute, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the City of Buenos Aires.
